30 day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” Policy for all Pro Audio Equipment

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make through proaudiomart.com .  If within the first 30 days after your purchase you are unhappy with your items you can return them for a refund, exchange, or a merchandise credit towards the purchase of a different item of your choice. (With expectation of in-ear buds, and products you have registered with the Manufacture or product that has been installed, or any of the problems listed below in this policy) Product must in the original manufacture packaging and returned with all pieces, parts and manuals. Also if the product has been registered with the Manufacture the product cannot be returned. Because the warranty for many manufactures do not transfer warranty and the product cannot be resold to another customer.  Merchandise credits towards the purchase of an item of equal or greater value will be for the purchase price less any shipping cost and this includes any "free freight" or shipping included offers. If you choose a Refund option and not an exchange or merchandise credit Refunds will be for the purchase price less our shipping costs (even if the item had free shipping on the ad) and a 15% restocking fee because the items can no longer be sold as new product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, this includes free shipping and shipping included offers. Bank card refunds will only be issued as a credit on the card originally used for the transaction. Internal earphones and microphones are subject to special return conditions listed below. Installed speaker drivers, installed turntable cartridges, software product that has been installed or registered are non-refundable unless defective. All Custom made orders are Non-refundable. Due to the personal nature of in-ear bud being place in inside the ear, we cannot accept returns on this product.  Microphones that have been dropped are non-refundable. Any product purchased and has gone through an act of Mother Nature (Tornado, Hurricane, Flooding, Fire or other natural or man made disaster) are Non Returnable. Return Condition Items must be returned in “new” condition with no wear, damage or abuse and come complete with intact original packaging materials, warranty card, accessories and documentation. Merchandise returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to rejection, or an additional 15% restocking fee.


Items that have been registered for warranty or with redeemed rebates are non-refundable.
